Create an employer branding strategy for ourĀ non-CS team (tech, product, marketing, finance, etc)
Maintain, evaluate, and refine (if needed) our core offerings/Employee Value Proposition.
Our current employer branding channels: career page, job portals, Instagram, Linkedin, TikTok, paid ads, blogs, youtube, university partnerships, and hiring events. All will be yours to take care of with the help of our performance marketing, content, and creative team.
Define our Employer Branding Guidelines and SOPs.
Partner with Talent Acquisition in the creation of relevant employer branding efforts so that our employer brand is properly conveyed at all times.
At least have 1 year of experience in the Employer Branding field
Having an education background in HR, psychology, communication, or related fields is required.
Fluent in English, written and spoken (equivalent to min. TOEFL 500/IELTS 6,0/B2 Upper-intermediate level)
Experience in using data to make decisions and securing buy-in
Strong interpersonal skills, to work effectively with a wide range of internal partners from various seniority levels
Target-oriented and able to juggle multiple competing priorities
Having a passion for marketing, analysis, and creative thinking
Ability to establish and utilize metrics to demonstrate success in our employer branding efforts
Having experience in working in any HR-related field is an advantage
