PLDP Business Analyst

  • Analyzing business structure 
  • Identify problems in business
  • Provide recommendations for possible solutions (eg the use of technology and what is the purpose, including through the use of data modeling techniques)
  • Communicate with senior people in the organization to find out what they want to achieve
  • Formulate wyas to improve business, based on previous research
  • Persuade internal and external stakeholders about the benefits of a new technollogy and systems


Persyaratan Pekerjaan


  • Minimum Diploma (D3)/Bachelor (S1)

  • Fresh graduate or 1-2 years experience are welcome to apply

  • Willing to be placed all over Indonesia



PLDP Business Analyst

  • Minimum bachelor (S1) from all major

  • Fresh graduate/experince <2 years

  • Have good analytical thinking

  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and Power Point

  • Understanding Metabase or Tableau will be a plus

  • Strong business acumen, problem solving mindset, and ability to work incrementally and exponentially and balanceattention to detail with fast excecution

  • Strong communication and project management skills with experience managing complex multi-stakeholder projects

  • The ability to move and execute quickly in an efficient time to allow continuous iteration is a core competency of our team 

  • Passionare about logistics and distribution
