We are Niagahoster, a tech company based in Yogyakarta that provides web-hosting services. To make an outstanding customer experience in all of our product touchpoints to achieve an optimum conversion rate, we are looking for a Product Manager (Client TouchPoint). S/he will be responsible for deploying excellent UX in various client touchpoints leading the cross-functional team responsible for improving it. Moreover, the Product Manager will be leading cross-functional teams to craft and implement various improvement initiatives, most notably between engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams.
