• Check and coordinate all activities of the National Distribution Center so that they run according to plan, applicable SOPs, CPKB, SJH, and QSHE requirements
• Calculate and plan storage capacity and warehouse layout
• Calculate, plan, and meet the needs of work equipment
• Supervise and ensure the implementation of subordinate work in accordance with the SOP and targets set
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for Logistic 3 (NDC) performance
• Planning the number of employee needs and coordinating their fulfillment with HR
• Evaluate the performance of subordinates and teams on a regular basis
• Create a subordinate development plan,
• Make improvements which include operations and management
• Review existing procedures
• Follow up on products classified as slow moving in accordance with company policy
• Controlling the resolution of complaints from suppliers, partners, and customers
