HR Intern 

PT. PP Urban (subsidiary of PT. PP (Persero) Tbk.) is currently looking for a HR Intern with a job description:
• Design, schedule, and administer the organization's training programs
• Develop and enhance culture programs, employer branding, and employee engagement to align with business objectives.
• Conduct end-to-end recruitment process and update hiring materials (job descriptions, requirements, screening tests, etc)

Requirements:
• S1 major in Psychology/Management
• Highly motivated with an enthusiastic and outgoing personality 
• Creative and passionate about content production for employer branding activities
• Physically attractive and talkative individual who enjoys building relationships with new people
• Assertive, have strong interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders
• Tech savvy, possess excellent knowledge of using Ms. Office and Google Suite
• Knowledge of using design software would be an advantage
